THREE WEEKS. TWO WINES EACH WEEK.
Fall schedules can get crazy. That’s exactly why this series is called Wine on Your Time.
You don’t have to commit to driving anywhere. You don’t have to give up an entire Saturday night. And you definitely don’t need to know anything about wine before we start.
Pour two glasses, grab some dinner or a snack, and join me from your couch, kitchen table, patio or wherever you happen to be.
Each Thursday you can:
🍷 Join the 7pm tasting
🌙 Catch the late-night 9pm tasting
▶️ Watch the replay whenever it works for you
Miss a week? Watch it later.
Busy at 7pm? Join me at 9pm.
The whole idea is to make learning about wine fit into your life, not the other way around.
SIX WINES. THREE VERY DIFFERENT TASTING NIGHTS.
One of my favorite things about Wine on Your Time is getting people to try wines they might walk right past if they saw them on a list.
This series is going to give us plenty to talk about.
WEEK ONE • OCTOBER 1
Two Bold Reds from the Southern Hemisphere
Casa Nueva Carmenère Reserva (2024, Chile)
Meerendal Passion Cape Blend (2024, South Africa)
We’ll start with two rich, flavorful reds and explore two wine regions on opposite sides of the Southern Hemisphere. Carmenère has one of the more entertaining identity crises in wine history, while South Africa’s Cape Blend of Pinotage, Merlot & Cabernet gives us a chance to talk about one of the grapes that country has truly made its own. Expect dark fruit, spice and plenty of food-pairing potential.
WEEK TWO • OCTOBER 8
A Trip to Veneto, Italy
La Storia d’Amore Pinot Grigio (2025, Italy)
Garda Rosso (2025, Italy)
Same region. Completely different wines. We’ll taste a fresh, lively Pinot Grigio alongside a red blend made with Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara, grapes with deep roots in northeastern Italy.
This is exactly the kind of comparison I love because tasting the wines side-by-side helps us understand just how much variety can exist within one wine region.
WEEK THREE • OCTOBER 15
Sweet Wines... But Definitely Not Simple
Murfatlar Red Sweet (2025, Romania)
Bretz Ortega Beerenauslese Cold Harvest (2018, Germany)
We’re finishing with two wines that should be a LOT of fun. One is a rich red sweet blend of Cabernet & Merlot wine from Romania. The other is a German Beerenauslese made from Ortega grapes, harvested with tremendous natural sweetness and balanced by bright acidity. We’ll talk about why sweetness in wine isn’t something to be afraid of, how acidity keeps sweet wine from becoming cloying, and what foods can make these wines absolutely shine. This should be a pretty delicious finale.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A TASTING?
This isn’t a wine lecture.
We’ll taste together, compare what everyone is noticing, talk about where the wines come from and dig into the stories that make them interesting.
Along the way, you’ll learn things like:
Why certain wines taste the way they do
How climate and winemaking affect what ends up in your glass
How to recognize things like acidity, tannin, sweetness and body
Why some food and wine combinations work beautifully
How to describe what YOU taste without worrying about finding the “right” answer
There’s no quiz.
There’s no wine snobbery.
And nobody is going to make you smell a wine and identify seventeen kinds of wildflowers. 😂
If you’re curious about wine and enjoy discovering something new, you’ll fit right in.
AND YES... THERE WILL BE FOOD. 😋
Every week I’ll feature a recipe designed to work with that evening’s wines, along with additional pairing ideas (and yes, I'll include fast food options too)!
You can make the featured recipe and taste along, steal the recipe for another night, grab something easy from the grocery store, or completely ignore me and order pizza.
I won’t be offended.
But food and wine pairing is one of my favorite parts of Wine on Your Time, so expect some really fun recipes with this series.

The Wines
PRP Wine International promotes exclusive and unique wines from boutique vineyards around the world! The wines selected for the Wine on Your Time Virtual Tasting Series will be an assortment of one dry white, one dessert wine, one semi-sweet red, and three dry reds. Wines are priced $31-$70 retail, and the six-wine pack exceeds $240 in value! And yes, these are FULL 750ml bottles of wine! No mini-sample bottles here!

Community
By joining the series, you will receive membership in our private Facebook Group, as well as a link to a private Membership Portal with all the video replays and additional resources. During the live tastings or through the Facebook Group, I encourage participants to share their own feedback, post pictures of their food pairings, and engage with others in the group!

Live Tastings
Every Thursday, I will go live on Zoom at 7pm (and 9pm for a Late-Night option) to present about each wine while we all sample together virtually! I welcome engagement from participants, and I hope you can join LIVE! For those not active on Facebook, every participant will receive a weekly email with all replays and additional info that was shared. Plus, you can access all the resources within the included Membership Portal!

Wine Knowledge
In addition the information presented in the live tastings, I will also provide additional articles and resources for those interested in diving a little deeper into specific wine topics. Food pairing is a big component of this series as well, so each week's wine will have a featured recipe along with other food pairing options. I encourage you to make the featured recipe or at least have some suggested foods to pair alongside.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here are a few answers to my most common questions...
What if I don't like the wines?
I'm excited to offer a wide selection of wines within each series, so that I know most of the wines will be found to your liking. That said, the goal is to explore new wines and flavor profiles. The selection for this series will include an assortment of wine styles. In addition, I will always offer tips for enjoying a wine that might not immediately fit into your typical wine palate. Just as at my "in-person" wine tastings, I encourage everyone to be adventurous and open-minded! One of the best comments from past series was "It was fun to try new wines, especially because some of them were ones I wouldn’t have tried otherwise!" Don't get stuck in a "wine-rut," and that means trying wines you wouldn't normally try!
Is it really just $129 for six bottles of wine delivered?
Yes, it really is $129 delivered for SIX 750ml bottles of wine! No additional fees. My goal is to provide a fun, educational, and virtual tasting opportunity to you on YOUR time! It is my hope that you will find new wines you love and wish to stock up on, but you are under no obligation to order any of the wines. That said, over 75% of participants ordered wines during or at the conclusion of the series. Our wines are exclusive and not found in stores or restaurants, so the only way to get these limited wines is through me!
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again for future tasting series?
No, you are not subscribing to anything. Should you choose to want to participate in future series, you will need to sign-up again and provide new payment information.
What if I can't make each Thursday tasting?
While I hope you will be able to make each live tasting, as that really is the best way to learn and enjoy the wines, I understand that things come up. Replays will be made available shortly after the live tastings. I do expect you to sample the featured wines weekly, so that by the conclusion of the three weeks, all six wines should have been sampled. These are limited stock wines, and you will want to sample them quickly to allow yourself enough time to place and order before they run out!
Couldn't I just drink the six wines all at once when they arrive?
Sure you could just have one big party once the wines arrive, but I hope you will instead choose to be engaged and taste along with us over the three-week series! Part of the fun of wine tasting is engaging with others, and while we may be doing it "virtually," I think it will be a great time for all!
Can I share the virtual tasting series with a friend, spouse, or family member and taste together?
Yes, I would love to have you share these wines with someone who can also join in the fun! If you'll be sharing the series with a friend, spouse, or family member, just let me know when you sign-up so I can invite them to join the private Facebook Group! I simply ask that they also get the opportunity to enjoy the wines with you. As we have adapted to new ways of doing things virtually, I've found these virtual events are also a great way to connect with friends and family across the country! Please feel free to refer your friends and family to sign-up to receive their own samples and participate remotely with you!
I'm not really active on Facebook. Will I be able to see the videos and receive the additional resources?
Yes! Whether you're on Facebook or not, you're welcome to participate in this series! Of course, I encourage participation in our private Facebook Group, but if you cannot participate, don't worry! All replays and additional wine knowledge shared in the Facebook Group will also be posted in the Membership Portal area where you can access at any time! In addition, the Thursday Live Tastings are broadcast via Zoom, so if you're familiar with Zoom, you can simply login to that platform to participate!
How will the wines be shipped or delivered?
All wines will be delivered in accordance with state and local liquor regulations. In most instances, we will utilize UPS to ship the wines. UPS requires the signature of a 21-year-old for any alcohol deliveries, so please provide a ship-to address that can receive the wine via UPS. UPS also allows delivery directly to any UPS Store for pickup. I will work directly with you regarding any concerns about delivery. Two dates will be available for pickup at our warehouse in Maryland Heights, MO, as well.
I find myself looking forward to Thursday because I know I can join Wine on Your Time! You provide great recipes, both simple and more advanced, that always pair wonderfully with the wine of the week!
Excellent knowledge and enthusiasm during virtual tasting! Even though life is returning to normal I will be looking for and participating in another series if one is offered again in the future.
We have a lot of fun trying new wines and seeing what recipes make good food pairings. It gives us an opportunity to try new wines and foods. We have found some new favorites by doing these virtual tastings.
